What You’ll Do

As a Gym Instructor at WSAC, you’ll play a proactive and hands-on role in creating an exceptional member experience. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Provide one-on-one support and expert guidance to members  
• Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for all fitness levels  
• Offer tailored advice on exercise techniques and motivate clients to reach their full potential  
• Design and delivering innovative, goal-based workout programs for individuals and groups  
• Monitor participation, correct technique, and ensure safety at all times  
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the gym floor

Your presence will help shape a positive, energetic environment where members feel supported, confident, and inspired.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking passionate professionals who bring:

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness  
• Current First Aid and CPR qualifications  
• A valid Working with Children Check  
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet
• Problem-solving skills and confidence working in a fast-paced environment
• Realibility, teamwork, attention to detail - escpecially around safety and cleanliness  
• Genuine enthusiasm for promoting healthy lifestyles and inspiring others
