Councillor & Executive Services Support Officer

Wangaratta, VIC | Permanent Part Time (24 hours per week) | $38.57 per hour + super

What You'll Be Doing

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you'll: 

  • Coordinate key meetings that keep our organisation moving
  • Prepare and manage agendas, minutes, and essential documentation
  • Provide high-level executive support to Councillors and senior leaders
  • Help maintain clear, effective communication across the organisation
