Maintenance Worker - Sealed

Wangaratta, VIC | Permanent Full-Time | $65,884 per annum + super | 9-day fortnight

The Rural City of Wangaratta is on the lookout for a motivated and proactive individual to become a valued member of our dynamic Roads Team.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and improve sealed roads and local infrastructure
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Take pride in enhancing the safety and accessibility of our community

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in civil construction or road maintenance (preferred but not essential)
  • Relevant tickets or licenses (e.g., truck license, plant operation)
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices
  • A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
