The Rural City of Wangaratta is on the lookout for a motivated and proactive individual to become a valued member of our dynamic Roads Team.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and improve sealed roads and local infrastructure
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Take pride in enhancing the safety and accessibility of our community
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in civil construction or road maintenance (preferred but not essential)
- Relevant tickets or licenses (e.g., truck license, plant operation)
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
