About the role
As our Learning and Development Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organisation. You will be responsible for assessing the learning and development needs of staff at all levels, designing and delivering targeted training programs, and facilitating learning initiatives that align with the Council's strategic objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to tailor programs to meet diverse learning styles, ensuring that all employees have the opportunity to enhance their skills and capabilities. Collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing needs will be key to succeeding in this dynamic and rewarding role.
