Join Our Team as a Bookings & Administration Officer!
- Permanent Part-Time (25 hours per week) | $19.82 - $30.49 per hour + super (rates depend on age)

This role is integral to our Leadership Team, where you will coordinate facility bookings, liaise with user groups, and provide exceptional administration support. The Opportunity
In this role, you will be the central contact for facility bookings, using our established software system to process enquiries and provide excellent customer experiences to schools, community groups and businesses. Your attention to detail, and understanding of our facility will ensure all aspects of bookings are addressed, including space allocation, staffing, equipment set up and invoicing. In addition, your excellent time management will be valuable as you provide essential admin support to the leadership team, including minute taking, end of month invoicing, payroll support and production of reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Program Development: Identify and develop program opportunities within the community.
- Booking Management and Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate facility bookings, maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Customer Service Excellence: Proactively monitor user groups' satisfaction, ensure high-quality service.
- Administrative Support: Assist with timely completion of Leadership team's administrative tasks.
- Financial and Reporting Duties: Handle invoicing, payroll, accounts, and payments for facility bookings. Prepare reports and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
