The Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on delivering engaging educational programs for children aged 0-6 years, promoting their learning and development in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement stimulating educational programs that enhance children's learning and development.
- Foster responsive and respectful relationships with children to promote a sense of security and belonging.
- Regularly reflect on children's learning and development, using insights to inform program improvements.
- Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment in accordance with the National Quality Framework.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding their children’s needs and activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and act as a role model for other educators and students.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
- Current Victorian Institute of Teachers (VIT) registration.
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis Management, and Emergency Asthma Management training.
- Willing to obtain a Police Record check and Working with Children's Check .
