About the role 

We’re seeking a dedicated Municipal Building Surveyor to lead our friendly and professional Building Services team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure efficient and compliant service delivery, guiding building applications, stakeholder engagement, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a customer-focused team and overseeing compliance with the Building Act and Regulations.
  • Processing building applications promptly and efficiently.
  • Liaising with industry stakeholders and the public to provide expert advice.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team development.
