Field Services Technical Support Officer

Permanent Full time 

$62,618pa + super

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Officer to join our Field Services Unit. You will Provide high quality technical support to the Field Services teams including scheduling and maintaining files, records, and databases.

This position is also responsible for providing support and training for the implementation of new software and hardware in the field, and supporting work teams by administering work management tools such as OneCouncil, Ci Anywhere and Field based applications. The role will involve working closely with the Manager – Field Services, Department Coordinators and supervisors. 

The successful applicant will demonstrate sound experience in using and administering information technology particularly the Microsoft Office suite of programs and specialised software packages and data bases. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting device/hardware is also required. 

You will display a desire to promote a positive team environment and deliver internal IT/Hardware service experience to assist Field Services whilst minimising inconvenience to the public.
